Privacy Policy

A4S ELITE ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS AND CONTRACTORS LIMITED ("A4S Elite Electrical", "we", "us") is the data controller for information you submit through this website. This page describes what we collect through the enquiry form and how it is used.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode (if provided), the service you selected, your preferred contact method and any additional details you enter.

How we use it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, by phone or email according to your stated preference, and to prepare a quotation if you request one. We do not use enquiry details for marketing unless you separately opt in, and we do not sell your information.

How it is processed

Enquiry form submissions are delivered to our inbox through a transactional email provider acting as our data processor. That provider processes the message solely to deliver it to us and does not use it for its own purposes. We do not currently use website analytics or non-essential tracking cookies.

Retention

We keep enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry and, where a job proceeds, for our business records. Contact us to request deletion of your details where they are no longer required.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us using the details below, or the Information Commissioner's Office if you have concerns we cannot resolve.
